We are insured members of the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association, a very progressive and professional martial arts overbody in the UK.

Scottish Broadsword Academy established 2019 is a new martial arts club based in North Ayrshire Scotland. We study HEMA which is short for Historical European Martial Arts, also known as Historical fencing. Our area of study will be the Highland Swordsmanship, techniques of the Scottish sword masters and the evolution of broadsword fencing expressed by various broadsword masters 1728 - 1805
